Day 48: We Are What We Think
Early morning! As we are finishing up health and well-being there are things that we can literally do to better our bodies with eating right, drinking enough water, getting enough sleep and adding exercise, the last and most important part is what we put in our minds that will either elevate us or literally kill us from the inside out. Shift through the stoney places of your thinking and have other’s best interest at heart. What we choose to think determines our well-being. Some people choose to think stress: those are the stressed out. Some people choose to worry: those are the worriers. Some people choose to complain: they become the complainers. Some people choose to look for the negative: they become the downers. There is a saying we are what we eat. Equally true, we are what we think. Scripture says as a man thinks, so is he. So let’s chose to think differently in every moment, not just for our well-being but for the well-being of others close to us. Smoking is banned is most indoor places but sharing negativity is just as toxic.
