Day 47: Flavor, Free Days, and Favorite Go-To’s
Afternoon! Working on health and well-being can be so much fun! There are 3 F’s that give this part of your life some zing!
First is flavor- just because you are eating healthy doesn’t mean rice cakes and tofu. There are so many yummies out there that are good for you and packed with flavor too. Get out of the ordinary same old into things that tantalize those taste buds.
Next are free days- having 1 day a week that you can freely eat what ever you want without counting calories, and looking over your shoulder for the health police is nice. So do it once a week and the good behavior the other 6 days will certainly balance it out.
Last is favorite go-to’s- for many, we live we work we play and in between remember to eat. If that is you make sure you have some favorite go-to’s that give you that burst of healthy energy with out reaching for a can of soda or candy bar. When you have that on you you save cash and can just dip into your healthy stash.
