Day 43: The Benefits of Water for Our Health and Survival
On a roll this Monday! This week we focus on health and well-being which is so essential to our being- body, soul and spirit.
The first fundamental is to drink plenty plenty of water- not liquids like soup, not tea, not juice, not milk, but plain water. Our bodies are made of a large percentage of water ranging from 50-75%. When you add something to water on a molecular level it changes the structure and it is no longer water. It is no longer the structure of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. Water is more important for your body’s survival than food. You can live without water for approximately one week, but you can survive without food for more than a month. So drink up, replenish and cleanse your body with lots of water. This is simple and easy to do but also simply easy not to do. Choose wisely to have the best health and well-being starting now.
