Good morning! Personal development is all about leadership and high level leadership is having grace when those you are leading decide to choose a different path. We never know why people diverge or can we control how we may feel about it however there is always the best way to part ways.
Tips to share: 3 steps to parting ways. Listen, Bless and Release. Most people have already made up their mind so trying to convince them otherwise, challenging their decision or manipulating based on guilt will tear a solid relationship. When you Listen, Bless and Release it leaves the door open to welcome them back at anytime in the future and more importantly there is no breech in a long time relationship. Listen Bless Release and continue to Lead those your are entrusted with. That is how you lead from the top.
