Day 50: Our Home Is Our Sanctuary
Happy Monday! This week our focus is on home and environment. We have learned that our body is our temple. Next to that our home is our sanctuary. A messy home is a messy life because where we sleep is a reflection of the way we live. Take inventory by just looking around your home. Are you proud of where you live? Are you at peace when you first walk in your door? Are you bombarded by clutter or piles of laundry, papers, magazines, mail, dishes? Is there order and display or disorder and disarray? Great questions to ask yourself especially when you know that you’ve gotten into a routine of get up, eat, go to work, come home, eat, go to bed. The home is the last thing that we pay attention to. We will be sharing ideas that work to make your home into your castle in the days coming. Start with imagining what you want your home to give you the feeling of now.
